Are there any upfront costs or fees to use Nido’s services?

We believe in transparency and affordability. There is no cost to use our services. Our initial consultation and advice are provided at no cost to ensure Nido is the right fit for your homeownership journey.

Once you’re ready to buy, Nido helps with every step of the home buying process. From finding the right property to navigating the mortgage application and closing process, we’re with you all the way to handing over the keys.

What happens to my rewards if I move out of a Nido property?

Don't worry, your rewards are safe. Your rewards will not expire until 18 months after move out. Connect with an agent and sign a buyers agreement or move into another Nido community before then to keep your rewards active!

Can I use my rewards if I use my own agent?

We aim to help you become a homeowner, regardless of your agent. However, using your own mortgage or real estate agent will limit the rewards you can use to $1,000. Using both our mortgage and real estate partners maximizes rewards and ensures a smoother, faster closing.

Can I combine my rewards with another person's to make a home purchase?

We can't combine rewards, but there are other ways to decrease your out-of-pocket expense at closing. Check out our down payment assistance tool in the Nido app to see if you qualify for extra savings!

Am I eligible to utilize the lease flexibility option if I choose my own agent?

Yes! If your landlord allows lease flexibility and you utilize at least one of our Nido partner agents, then Nido will help facilitate an early lease termination. Be sure to check your eligibility date within your Nido profile.

Can rewards be used for anything other than a home purchase?

Currently, rewards can only be used for a home purchase. However, we are working hard to offer more ways to utilize rewards in the future!

Can rewards be used to help buy a home anywhere in the US?

Of course! Nido has experts across the US ready to help you buy your next home!

Can I invite my agent to join the Nido network?

We're excited to learn more about your agent and see if they might fit within our growing network, particularly in areas we don’t yet cover. While we're not adding agents in regions we already serve, we're always open to future possibilities.

Can I move out at any time?

Once you renew, you may qualify to end your lease early without penalty when you use rewards to buy a home. Be sure to check your eligibility date within your Nido profile.

How do I get started with Nido?

For buildings already offering the Nido program, getting started is as easy as downloading the app and registering. If your landlord doesn’t offer Nido yet, send us an email at info@nidorewards.com and we will happily reach out to see if they would like to enroll. We’re excited to help you pave the way to your very own home!

How do I delete my Nido account?

If you simply want to stop receiving messages, you can delete the app from your mobile device instead of deleting your account. Additionally, you can unsubscribe from emails via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing info@nidorewards.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject.

If you truly wish to delete your entire account, you need to open the Nido Rewards mobile app. Tap your profile icon in the upper left corner, scroll down and select "Delete Account." After confirming your choice, notify the Nido Rewards admin to permanently delete your account.

Keep in mind that this will permanently delete all your data, including your rewards history. Your Tenant Code and email address will be retained for future cross-referencing to ensure your account is not recreated, but this data will be used for no other purpose. Deleted rewards cannot be recovered.

If you ever choose to come back to Nido, please email info@nidorewards.com with the subject heading, "Reactivate my account," and our admin will assist with your reactivation.

No significant changes to your existing lease agreements are necessary. The Nido program is designed to complement your existing rental framework. However, we recommend mentioning the availability of the Nido program as an added benefit to tenants in your lease agreements.

Nido offers comprehensive support for landlords, property managers and leasing agents- from the initial integration process to ongoing management. Our team is available to assist with technical setup, providing training materials for your staff, and providing marketing materials to promote the program to tenants. We make it as easy as possible to offer Nido in your properties and should not add any burden to your team.

How are lease milestone rewards funded and managed?

Lease milestone rewards, such as those for lease signings and renewals, are fully funded by Nido. These rewards are managed through our platform and do not impact your financials. Landlords can also request additional, customized rewards to incentivize tenants.

Can Nido integrate with properties that have existing tenant rewards or loyalty programs?

Yes, Nido can complement existing rewards or loyalty programs. We’ll work with you to create a cohesive system that enhances the value for your tenants and the efficiency of your property management.
