1. How We Use Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Tracking Technologies
We use tracking technologies, such as cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies, to collect information about your interactions with the Nido Services, including the Nido App and Website.
A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website or use an online service. When you visit the website or use the service again, the cookie allows that website or online service to recognize your browser or device. Cookies may store unique identifiers, user preferences and other information.
Cookies help us improve the Services by providing us with information about which parts of the Services are most popular, enabling us to analyze technical and navigational information about the Services, and helping us to detect and prevent fraud. We also use cookies and other data collection tools (such as web beacons and server logs) to help improve your experience with the Services. These tools use cookies to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Services (including IP address) is transmitted to our data collection tool service providers. This information is then used by us to evaluate visitors’ use of the Services and to compile statistical reports on website activity for Nido.
2. How You Can Opt-Out of Cookies

Please note that these opt-out mechanisms are specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised. Therefore, you will need to opt out on every browser and device that you use.
Some internet browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, the Services do not currently interpret, respond to or alter its practices when it receives “Do Not Track” signals. For details, including how to turn on Do Not Track, visit www.donottrack.us.
