Looking to delete your Nido Rewards account?
Follow these steps to make it happen:

If you just want to simply stop receiving messages, consider following the 2 steps below rather than deleting your account:

– Delete the app from your mobile device instead of deleting your account.
– Unsubscribe from emails via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or email info@nidorewards.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject.

If you truly wish to delete your entire account, follow the steps below:

– Open the Nido Rewards mobile app.
– Tap your profile icon in the upper left corner.
– Scroll down and select “Delete Account.”
– Confirm your choice notify Nido Rewards admin to permanently delete the account

**Important Notes**

– This will permanently delete all your data, including rewards history.
– Your Tenant Code and email address will be retained for future cross-referencing to ensure your account is not recreated, but this data will be used for no other purpose.
– Deleted rewards cannot be recovered.

If you ever choose to come back to Nido, please email info@nidorewards.com with the subject heading, “Reactivate my account” and our admin will assist with your reactivation.
